'Ngozi Elobuike is a global scholar, cultural broker and a certified country hopper. In the past three years she has lived in the US, the United Kingdom and currently. As a Nigerian American, she moved to the IE from California for her Masters at UCD where she studied Race, Migration and Decolonial Studies.
