Karl has over a decade in the hospitality industry specialising in all areas from operations to creative direction. In 2020, he founded Dublin Cocktail Lab, a one stop shop for innovative bottled cocktails and drinks solutions for the more adventurous home bartenders and fine dining restaurants. DCL also imports and distributes some of Europe's most unique brands,most recently bringing the world award winning Whitebox Cocktails to Ireland. Karl honed his craft in London with hospitality giant Green & Fortune, working alongside marketing & advertising powerhouse Ogilvy on some of the most innovative and creative brand campaigns, drinks concepts, events, and even robots.
